Cueto the Coverboy of BA

We just picked up the new issue of Baseball America and to our surprise and excitement, Johnny Cueto is on the cover with the headline, “Red Dawn: Hopes Are High in Cincinnati With an Infusion of Young Talent Like Pitching Sensation Johnny Cueto”

Glad they put this out before his last start in New York.

The article that follows is a glowing review of what Cueto and fellow Dominican Edison Volquez  have been able to do so far (at the time of publishing) this season and how their youth has reinvigorated the Reds’ rotation.

It is really refreshing and exciting to have this kind of recognition for the organization as a whole despite what is going on so far this season.
